60-120 h/month

Less manual load across multichannel workflows, reconciliation and operational incidents.

Avoidable cost
EUR 4k-10k/month

Estimate from reduced repetitive work, rework and operational support.

Fewer errors
40-70%

More traceable integrations and fewer duplicate entries between channels.

Security
Reduced risk

Server hardening, controlled deployments and continuous DevOps support.

Tonerbuzz needed a more connected technology foundation to operate across multiple sales channels without multiplying manual work or operational friction. The work combined Odoo implementation, custom module development and multichannel marketplace connections with Amazon, eBay and BigCommerce.

Beyond the integrations, the project included process automation, bottleneck removal, server security hardening and DevOps support to sustain day-to-day business evolution. The result was a more stable, traceable platform ready to keep absorbing critical operational workflows.

The engagement was treated as continuous product work rather than a one-off intervention. That made it possible to prioritize improvements by operational impact, support changes across sales channels and keep an architecture capable of absorbing new needs without rebuilding the system foundation.

A key part of the value came from connecting technical execution with business context: understanding which processes were blocking the team, which automations could free up the most time and which integrations needed to become more robust to prevent day-to-day incidents.
