Introducing Store Watch, a Codefuente app that helps Shopify merchants prioritise store issues. You can explore it in our new Shopify apps section and visit the official listing to install it.
A signal becomes useful when someone can decide what to investigate and who owns the next step.
What Store Watch offers
Store Watch monitors sales, inventory, refunds, fulfilment and catalogue issues. It uses historical patterns and ranks findings by estimated financial impact. Access is read-only; reports and alerts vary by plan. Check the current details on Shopify App Store.
An example daily workflow
Imagine a store where different people handle support, order preparation and purchasing. This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer result.
- The person responsible reviews a signal requiring attention.
- They check the context: commercial changes, availability or outstanding work.
- They consult the colleague who understands the situation and decide what to do.
- They assign a concrete task and check its resolution later.
If an item is unavailable, purchasing might confirm replenishment while support decides what to tell customers. This describes a team procedure; it does not mean Store Watch automatically performs those actions.
Getting started
Open the official Store Watch listing, review terms, permissions and compatibility, then follow Shopify’s installation process. Check the supported app languages as well.
Agree who will review findings and how tasks will be assigned. Monitoring is more useful when it has a clear owner and a place in the daily routine.
Where to find our products
The menu now includes Shopify apps, with a dedicated Store Watch page. The Codefuente developer profile on Shopify App Store lists our available apps.
If you also need to connect orders, purchasing or invoicing to your other systems, tell us how your store works. Alongside our own products, Codefuente works on Shopify integrations for business operations.
